COVID-19 Vaccines are not available at this time. The university will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Other immunizations are available by appointment. Please log on to myhealthconnect.case.edu to schedule an appointment with an immunization nurse.
If you have trouble making an appointment online, call University Health Service at 216.368.2450 to schedule your appointment.
Please see the sidebar for available immunizations. The price list page details their costs. University Health Services is unable to bill insurance for the immunization and instead must send an invoice to students directly via myhealthconnect. Students can submit the invoice and proof of payment to their insurance providers for reimbursement.
Please note that visits continue to be FREE for all enrolled students. This billing is only for immunizations for which the university must charge.
It does not affect immunizations given for free through the university, including influenza and anticipated COVID-19 vaccines.
NEW FOR STUDENTS ON THE STUDENT MEDICAL PLAN:
Beginning Fall 2020, students who are insured through the Case Western Reserve University medical plan- administered by Aetna- will be required to pay out-of-pocket for vaccines received through University Health Services, and then be reimbursed.
Students who have received a vaccine through University Health Services in November and thereafter will get an invoice in their MyHealthConnect account within five business days, at which time they can pay their bill online and submit a claim reimbursement form to Aetna- also available online in MyHealth Connect- along with proof of payment.
We understand that many students may have questions or concerns about the new billing procedures and how it will affect them, and we are happy to help any way we can:
